A New Deconstruction of the Concept of Green Finance in the Context of Building China into a Financial Power
In the process of building China into a financial power, green finance will become an impor-tant foundation for building a high-quality modern financial system. The proposal of building a fi-nancial power has brought challenges to the development of traditional finance and at the same time promoted the innovation and upgrading of traditional finance. From the perspective of the evo-lution path of green finance, both divergence and convergence exist between green finance and tra-ditional finance in the underlying logic. Green finance is not only a financial practice in respond-ence to the tragedy of the Commons of climate change, but it also subverts the evolution direction of energy civilization, the expression form of credit system and the way of time value discount of traditional finance. In the context of China's green transformation, green finance has been closely incorporated into the economic and social system. On the road to becoming a future financial pow-er, China should change the pattern of thinking on green finance, stand up to the changes of the world under climate change and promote the new upgrading of human civilization under the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
