An Exploration and Innovation of ASEAN-related High-quality Legal Talent Training System
With the deepening of jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative,China's cooperation with ASEAN has risen to a deeper,wider and more diversified level.As the exchanges between the two sides continue to deepen,the demand for ASEAN-related legal talents,who play a positive role in promoting the economic and trade development between China and ASEAN as well as regional economic integration,is becoming more urgent.At present,there are still some problems in the cultivation of ASEAN-related high-quality legal personnel,such as restrictions in setting up legal foreign language courses,disconnection be-tween legal education and reality and the lack of legal educational resources related to ASEAN.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt a"classified"and"multi-mode"training mechanism for the scientific allocation of educational resources,improve the cur-riculum structure of law majors,optimize the teaching staff and build an"AI+"China-ASEAN legal data platform to train the personnel in this regard and meet the needs of national development.
