北斗双模接收机射频前端关键技术研究

随着电子信息产业和航空航天产业的飞速发展,卫星导航技术已经成为继移动通信技术、互联网技术之后电子信息产业新的研究热点,北斗卫星导航系统也逐步走向成熟.北斗卫星导航接收机射频前端的研究与设计是一项很有价值和实际意义的工作.本文主要针对北斗双模射频前端的研究与设计,对双模射频前端进行了技术分析,并对功率放大器进行了设计,最后经过仿真研究,结果表明,对于射频前端的设计完全满足要求,性能良好.
With the rapid development of electronic information industry and aerospace industry,satellite navigation industry has become a new research hotspot in electronic information industry after mobile communication and Internet,and the BeiDou satellite navigation system has gradually maturing.The research and design of RF front-end for BeiDou satellite navigation receiver is a valuable and practical work.This paper mainly focuses on the research and design of BeiDou dual-mode RF front-end,conducts technical analysis of the dual-mode RF front-end,and designs a power amplifier,finally,through simulation research the results show that the design of the RF front-end fully meets the requirements and has good performance.
