随着我国综合国力的日益增强,对基础物理研究和原始创新的投入越来越大,特别是医用重离子治癌和质子治癌加速器行业.这些新型行业需要大量的高精度特种电源,高精度特种电源是专门针对粒子加速器装置中的磁铁负载而设计的,为其提供高精度的励磁电流,约束粒子束流按照物理要求进行运动,高精度特种电源对电源输出电流的电流误差(平顶)和跟踪误差要求极高.本文通过借助PLECS仿真软件构建模型,仿真验证了电源设计结论的正确性,再通过实际测试,最终实现了电源的设计.
With the increasing of China's comprehensive national strength,the investment in basic physics research and original innovation is increasing,especially in the medical heavy ion cancer treatment and proton cancer accelerator industry.These new industries require a large number of high-precision special power supplies,high-precision special power supplies are specifically designed for the magnet load in the particle accelerator device,to provide it with high-precision excitation current,constrain the particle beam to move according to physical requirements,high-precision special power supplies on the power output current current error(flat top)and tracking error requirements.In this paper,by using PLECS simulation software to build a model,the simulation verified the correctness of the power supply design conclusions,and finally realized the power supply design through practical tests.
