The analysis and processing of equipment maintenance data in thermal power plants can improve the reliability and safety of equipment,reduce failure rates and maintenance costs,improve equipment utilization and operational efficiency,and provide effective support for the production and operation of thermal power plants.This article introduces the maintenance scheduling of equipment systems in thermal power plants to reduce maintenance costs throughout the entire operation period while maintaining the current reliability level of the equipment system.The dimensionality reduction method is used to solve the problem of using some available data together with other factors related to equipment failures.Compared to the average failure time,the available data is limited to a shorter operating cycle range.This problem is solved by extrapolating the entire distribution of the failure cycle using the available actual data.
