摘要
SAW-RFID系统具有较强的监测能力,可应用于变压器油温监测中,并且形成在线监测手段,实现对油温的实时控制.基于此,本文先从测温过程、高频测量、叉指换能器、反射栅、射频标签等方面对相关技术进行分析,并对SAW-RFID系统进行设计,再从标签性能、通讯距离、监测结果三个方面检测系统的性能,确保在线监测性能的可靠性,消除在线检测中的不利因素,将变压器油温控制在稳定范围.
Abstract
The SAW-RFID system has strong monitoring capabilities and can be applied to transformer oil temperature monitoring,forming an online monitoring method to achieve real-time control of oil temperature.Based on this,this article first analyzes the relevant technologies from the aspects of temperature measurement process,high-frequency measurement,interdigital transducers,reflective barriers,RF tags,etc.,designs the SAW-RFID system,and then tests the system's performance from three aspects,tag performance,communication distance,and monitoring results to ensure the reliability of online monitoring performance,eliminate adverse factors in online detection,and control the transformer oil temperature within a stable range.
