Due to the traditional control methods mainly based on the static characteristics of the controlled object,the control effect on the heating temperature of electromagnetic heating systems is not ideal.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel fuzzy PID control method for the heating temperature of electromagnetic heating systems.The paper establishes a mathematical model of an electromagnetic heating system as the controlled object,designs a fuzzy PID controller,tracks the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object in real time,sets the controller parameters,and realizes the fuzzy PID control of the heating temperature of the electromagnetic heating system.After adopting the control method designed in this paper,the heating temperature adjustment time of the electromagnetic heating system is 36s,and the overshoot is 5%,which indicate that under this control method,the heating temperature of the system can quickly enter steady state with small steady-state error.
