随着经济的不断发展,人类生产生活产生的污水越来越多,为了实现环境保护和城市的可持续发展,通过自动化技术的应用,促使新的污水处理机制和管理流程的衍生.采用可编程控制器可以实现污水处理和排放全过程的精准管控,从而保证污水排放满足环保标准,通过对污水处理设备运行状态的监测,为设备高效可靠运行提供了重要保障,有效降低了系统运行和维护费用,实现了污水处理自动化和集中化的转变,本文基于可编程控制器对污水处理系统进行了设计,该系统集成化程度高、运行稳定,为污水处理全自动化控制提供了重要保证.
With the development of economy,people produce more and more waste water.In order to achieve environmental protection and sustainable urban development,through the application of automation,promote the derivation of new wastewater treatment mechanisms and management processes.By using PLC,the whole process of sewage treatment and discharge can be controlled accurately,so that the sewage discharge can meet the environmental protection standard,it provides an important guarantee for the efficient and reliable operation of equipment,effectively reduces the cost of system operation and maintenance,and realizes the transformation of sewage treatment automation and centralization,this paper designs the sewage treatment system based on Plc.the system is highly integrated and stable,which provides an important guarantee for the automatic control of sewage treatment.
