Due to its geographic location,Gansu Province is prone to frequent summer rainstorms and floods,and power outages occur repeatedly.Nowadays,although the operation and maintenance of substations with the development of modern technology into unattended,but no advanced and effective flood plugging measures,very likely to cause major losses.In order to improve the status quo,this paper proposes an automatic inflatable plugging with flood disaster warning and blocking,flood control and water blocking device,isolate the power equipment in floods,mudslides and other natural disasters outside the invasion,to protect the lives and properties of the masses of safety.
