针对某重离子加速器电源系统某二极磁铁电源中IGBT出现故障问题,本文通过理论分析和实际测试相结合的方法诊断出设备故障原因.首先介绍了电源拓扑结构,分析了电源工作原理.从IGBT驱动、最大结温、结温波动等方面进行分析仿真测试,得出在脉冲工作模式下结温波动对IGBT可靠性的影响,预测出具体工作模式下IGBT寿命,对提高设备的可靠性和可维护性提供了有益帮助.
Aiming at the problem of IGBT failure in the power supply of dipole magnet in Heavy Ion Research Facility,this paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical test to diagnose the cause of the equipment failure. Firstly,the topology of the power supply is introduced,and the working principle of the power supply is analyzed. From the IGBT drive,maximum junction temperature,junction temperature fluctuation and other aspects of analysis and simulation test,the impact of junction temperature fluctuation on IGBT reliability in pulse mode is obtained,and the IGBT life in specific mode is predicted,which is helpful to improve the reliability and maintainability of the equipment.
