本文以ZJ90DB石油钻机为例,综合考虑了绞车的电机特性和游车运行的安全性要求,研究了石油钻机绞车变频控制系统最高钩速的核算和选定,计算了绞车下放过程中制动能力的需求和制动单元的配置,并进行了相关的现场运行验证.
Taking the ZJ90DB oil drilling rig as an example,this paper comprehensively considers the motor characteristics of the drawworks and the safety requirements of the traveling drawworks operation. It studies the calculation and selection of the maximum hook speed of the variable frequency control system of the oil drilling rig drawworks,calculates the braking capacity requirements and braking unit configuration during the drawworks lowering process,and conducts relevant on-site operation verification.
