摘要

针对通用变频器对控制电源的技术要求,设计一款适用于通用变频装置的多路输出单端反激开关控制电源,为变频器提供控制及驱动电源.详细介绍该控制电源的原理设计、主要器件参数计算、并对输出电压纹波进行实验验证,最终实验结果表明,设计的控制电源符合通用变频器对供电电源的输出电压及纹波等技术指标要求.

Abstract

According to the technical requirements of general frequency converter for control power supply,a multi-output single-end flyback switch control power supply suitable for general frequency conversion device is designed to provide control and drive power for the frequency converter. The principle design of the control power supply,the calculation of the main device parameters,and the experimental verification of the output voltage ripple are introduced in detail. The final results show that the designed control power supply meets the requirements of the output voltage and ripple of the general frequency converter.
