钢绞线折弯机齿轮控制受到多种干扰因素的影响,如负载变化、摩擦力、温度等,导致控制精度降低,甚至可能引发安全事故.因此,提出了拉线制作用钢绞线折弯机齿轮同步伺服控制方法.初步确定钢绞线折弯机齿轮的控制参数,计算钢绞线折弯机齿轮的雅可比矩阵,构建拉线制作用钢绞线折弯机齿轮的同步控制函数,求解钢绞线折弯机齿轮的最优同步控制值.实验结果表明,该控制方法具有优异的伺服控制能力.
The gear control of steel strand Bender is affected by many interference factors,such as load change,friction,temperature,etc. Therefore,a synchronous servo control method for the gears of steel strand Bender is proposed. To determine the control parameters of the steel strand bender gear,calculate the Jacobian matrix and determinant of the steel strand bender gear,and construct the synchronous control function of the steel strand bender gear used in the production of the wire,the optimal synchronous control value of the gear of steel strand Bender is obtained. The experimental results show that the control method has excellent servo control ability
