In the water conservancy facilities supporting project for the ecological greening area of the east and west mountains in a certain county,crop moisture monitoring is carried out in the green planting area. Planting has the characteristics of wide distribution and strong environmental constraints,which cause many constraints on the soil characteristics of green planting,monitoring of surrounding environmental data,and daily maintenance. Faced with the problems existing in such a special environment,this article combines relevant basic theories and practical experience,and from a practical perspective,designs and develops a soil moisture measurement and control station suitable for ecological greening in mountainous areas. The soil moisture measurement and control station is an information collector that integrates the new generation NTRIP communication protocol,wind solar complementary power generation,intelligent programming,and sensor technology;Due to the possibility of animal and plant invasion in mountainous areas,the system has also designed a remote monitoring data forwarding function to address this issue. The daily management of mountainous areas relies on remote monitoring to achieve unmanned operation. After repeated technical verification in this project,this measurement and control station is fully capable of measuring and controlling ecological greening planting in mountainous areas. This measurement and control station can also be promoted and used in other related fields.
