新工科背景下电气专业人才培养模式探索

针对传统应用型本科高校电气专业人才培养模式单一、重结果而轻过程、缺乏互动等问题,结合"新工科"的全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的现代教育理念,构建了从学生到教师、从知识到能力、从课本到实践的多维度人才培养模式.实施后该培养模式,学生的教学实践、创新创业、学科竞赛、教师科学研究等方面得到了较大程度的提升,取得了良好成效.
Exploring Research on Talent Cultivation Mode of Electrical Professional under the Background of Emerging Engineering
In view of the proplems about the single training mode of electrical professionals,focusing on the results rather than process and lacking interaction in tradition-oriented undergraduate universities,combined with the modem education concept of the emerging engineering,which includes educating the whole staff,educating the whole process and educating the all-round,a multi-dimensional talent training mode is constructed,from students to teachers,from knowledge to ability,and from textbooks to practice.The students'teaching practice,innovation and entrepreneurship,discipline competition and teachers'scientific re-search are greatly improved through the implementation of all-round training mode and good results are achieved.
