There are many problems(such as single teaching method,more confirmatory experiment courses,etc.)in the course development of Digital Integrated Circuit Design.Hence the teaching method must be reformed.Based on the reform and explo-ration of teaching mode,teaching content and assessment method,we explore the new teaching method of digital integrated cir-cuit design under the background of"new engineering".Besides,we propose to use online and offline hybrid teaching methods to stimulate students'interest in learning and to improve students'subjective initiative and innovation ability.
