基于递进式培养的电气节能虚仿平台开发

以抽油机的电气节能改造、注水泵的变频调速、海上钻井平台电力系统的无功补偿为主体,结合现场实际工况,设计开发了典型石油钻采设备电气节能技术虚拟仿真平台.实验过程施行"知识—能力—素质"的递进式培养,在掌握石油石化行业典型的电气节能技术的基础上,通过该平台进行电机选型、设计控制电路、分析设备耗能等各种实验模拟操作与分析,并能准确评价节能方案的可行性与经济性.
Development of Virtual Simulation Platform for Electrical Energy Saving Based on Progressive Training
A virtual simulation platform is designed and developed for electrical energy-saving technology of typical petroleum drilling and production equipment.The platform takes the electrical energy-saving transformation of pumping unit,frequency conversion speed regulation of water injection pump and reactive power compensation of power system of offshore drilling platform as the main elements.The progressive cultivation of"knowledge-ability-quality"is implemented in the experimental process.On the basis of mastering the typical electrical energy-saving technology in the petroleum and petrochemical industry,various experimental simulation operations and analysis such as motor selection,design of control circuit and analysis of equipment energy consumption can be carried out through the platform.And the feasibility and economy of energy-saving scheme can be accurately evaluated.
