新工科背景下研究生核心课创新能力培养

结合新工科背景下人才培养目标,参考MIT新工程教育转型(NEET)计划,从基础内容、拓展内容以及探究内容三个层面深入探讨了研究生核心课的教学改革.以三段递进式课程内容为经,航空航天特色和创新思维培养为纬,构建经纬交织、融会贯通的知识体系.几年的实践表明,教学改革有效激发了学生们的创新性思维,实现了团队学习、主动学习和参与学习的教学目标.
Cultivating Innovative Ability in Graduate Core Course under the Background of New Engineering
Based on the training objectives under the background of new engineering,and referring to the New Engineering Education Transformation(NEET)plan of MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology),the teaching reform of graduate core course is discussed deeply from three aspects of basic content,extended content and inquiry content.The three-stage progressive course contents are taken as longitude lines,and the characteristics of aeronautics and astronautics and the training of innovative thinking are taken as latitude lines.The longitude lines and the latitude lines are interweaved to create a structure of the course knowledge.Several years of practice results show that the teaching reform effectively stimulates the innovative thinking,and the teaching objective has been achieved for team learning,active learning and participative learning.
