以培养高端光电类研究型创新人才为目标,依托大型仪器设备共享平台,提出一种以学生为主体、以实践教学为手段的光电类综合实验技能课程教学模式.通过学科前沿和项目需求为引导,建立综合的教学团队,以小班教学、组内合作的形式完成自主选题、自由设计、综合实验分析等实践环节,培养学生的科研创新和工程实践能力,同时充分发挥大型仪器设备在研究型创新人才培养中的作用,提高大型仪器设备的使用效益.
Innovative Talent Cultivation in Optoelectronics Based on Large-scale Instruments
Aiming to cultivate high-end research-oriented innovative talents in the field of optoelectronics,relying on the sharing platform of large-scale instruments and equipment,a teaching model for comprehensive experimental skills courses in optoelectronics is proposed,which takes students as the main body and practical teaching as the means.Guided by the discipline frontier and project needs,a comprehensive teaching team has been established,and independent topic selection,free design,comprehensive experimental analysis and other practical links has been completed in the form of small class teaching and inner group cooperation.This practical teaching mode cultivates the students'ability of scientific research innovation and engineering practice,gives full play to the role of large-scale instruments in the training of research innovative talents and improves their use efficiency.
