In view of some problems existing in the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes on the establishment background and construction connotation of the virtual teaching and research office,probes into the organizational structure and guarantee conditions of the virtual teaching and research section,and puts forward a connotation construction approach that is guided by the improvement of teachers'ability,centers on curriculum construction,shares teaching resources,and focuses on open subject research.The practical application shows that by strengthening the construction of virtual teaching and research room,the enthusiasm of participating universities has been greatly enhanced,the professional construction level of rail transit signal and control specialty of participating universities has been effectively promoted,and the quality of talent training has been improved.
