摘要

基于混合所有制平台,构建产教协同微型生态圈.建设以电子产品"设计、测试、检验、认证"为特征的"DTIC工作坊",以联动岗位的教学内容为特征,将真实的生产场景作为实践教学的核心载体,以真实生产业务作为学习项目,按照生产过程开展实践训练,根据生产要求进行学习评价,实现了课堂与岗位无缝融合.将企业资源和岗位需求持续、有效、快速地传导到专业和教学,实现校企双元育人模式创新.

Abstract

Based on the mixed ownership platform,industry-education collaborative micro ecosystem is built.The"DTIC Workshop"is constructed,which is characterized by"design,testing,inspection and certification"of electronic products.It features the teaching content of linked positions,takes the real production scenario as the core carrier of practical teaching,and takes the real production business as the learning project.Practical training is carried out according to the production process,and learning evaluation is carried out according to the production requirements,which realizes the seamless integration of classroom and post.The enterprise resources and post demand are continuously,effectively and rapidly transmitted to the specialty and teaching,and the innovation of school-enterprise dual education mode is realized.
