摘要

教学,应该是教与学的有机结合.在教学过程中,若教师的角色过于主导,学生只是被动接受知识,不利于提升高校的教学质量.为此,探讨了教学过程中必须要同时调动教师和学生两者的主观能动性,做到教与学的平衡,才能从整体上实现教学质量的提升.

Abstract

Teaching should be an equal and organic combination of teaching and learning.However,at present,teachers play a major role in the teaching process,and students only passively accept knowledge,which is not conducive to improving the quality of colleges and universities teaching procedure.Therefore,we discuss some related issues,and put forward that the subjective initiative of teachers and students must be mobilized at the same time in the teaching process,so as to achieve the balance between teaching and learning,so as to improve the teaching quality thoroughly.
