产教融合的自动化实践教学探索与实践

面向新工科背景下的自动化专业人才培养需求,针对现有实践教学的"企业需求与实践内容""高新技术与理论知识"双脱节问题,创建了"学院管理-指导教师-实践学生-高新企业/军工企业-实践对象五级联动"的共享型闭环实践体系.该体系于2015年起在北京航空航天大学自动化科学与电气工程学院实施,打通了产教融合的"最后一公里",解决了传统实践模式的"双脱节"问题.
Exploration and Practice of Practical Teaching in Automation Specialty Based on Industry-education Integration
Facing the demand of automation professional training under the background of new engineering,in order to address this problem that enterprise demand and practice content,new technology and theoretical knowledge are disjointed in the existing practice teaching,the sharing closed-loop practice teaching system based on integration of five levels is constructed,including colleges,instructors,practice students,high-tech or military enterprises,practice objects.The system has been implemented in the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering at Beihang University since 2015.It gets through the last mile of the integration of industry and education,and solves the disjointed problem of the traditional practice teaching.
