磁悬浮小球虚拟实验系统设计与开发

为了解决"动力控制原理与技术"课程内容抽象、学生缺乏对实际工程控制案例直观认识的问题,设计开发了一种基于半物理仿真的磁悬浮小球虚拟实验系统.建立了磁悬浮小球的仿真模型,设计了自定义目标软硬件实现方案,完成了虚拟磁悬浮小球与嵌入式目标之间的通信.通过所设计的实验系统,可以开展系统建模、PID串级悬浮控制、嵌入式控制器设计等各类开放性实验,弥补了传统实验的各种限制,达到寓教于乐,提升教学效果的目的.
Design and Development of Virtual Experimental System for Magnetic Levitation Ball
In view of the abstract content of the Power Control Principle and Technology course and the lack of students'intuitive understanding of practical engineering control cases,a virtual experiment system of magnetic levitation ball based on semi-physical simulation is designed and developed,and the key technologies of the realization of the virtual experiment system are introduced in detail.The simulation model of magnetic levitation ball,the realization of customized target hardware and software,and the communication method between virtual magnetic levitation ball and embedded target are given.Through the designed virtual experiment system,various open experiments can be carried out,such as system modeling,PID cascade suspension control,embedded controller design,etc.,to make up for the restrictions brought by the physical experiment device,so as to achieve the purpose of teaching through lively activities and improving the teaching effect.
