In order to solve the experiment teaching shortage of the Internet of Things Networking Technology course and improve the effect,this paper proposes the virtual simulation experiment platform,builds a smart city including intelligent community,unmanned supermarket,Internet of vehicles,outskirts of the city and other modules.The characteristics,details and functions of the virtual experiment platform are described.By using 3D virtual simulation and VR teaching resources,students can intuitively understand the professional knowledge in the course through interactive operation.
