由于受场所和硬件限制,目前能完成选择性过程控制系统的实验平台并不多.鉴于此,开发了基于组态王和Simulink软件的仿真实验平台.平台利用组态王开发人机界面,实现过程动态化、参数信息显示、PID参数设置等功能;利用Simulink设计仿真系统,完成选择性系统在正常工况和非正常工况时的调整过程.该仿真平台不受时间和空间限制,将为学生加深理解理论知识和提升工程应用能力发挥作用.
Development of Simulation Experiment Platform for Selective Control System
Due to the limitation of the site and hardware,there are not many experimental platforms that can complete the selective control system at present.In view of this,a simulation experiment platform based on KingView and Simulink software is developed.The platform uses KingView to develop the human-machine interface to realize the process dynamic,parameter information display,PID parameter setting and other functions.Simulink is used to design the simulation system to complete the adjustment process of the selective system in normal and abnormal working conditions.The simulation platform is not limited by time and space and will play a role in deepening students'understanding of theoretical knowledge and improving their engineering application ability.
