基于翻转课堂的分层教学模式探索与实践

翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式,已被国内外许多高校广泛采用.然而,由于师资力量、教学硬件和学生差异性等原因,课上课下角色的完全翻转难以实施.为此,结合西北工业大学实际情况以及"电路基础"课程特点,阐述了基于翻转课堂的分层教学模式在该课程教学过程中促进学生主动学习的具体做法.实施效果表明,该教学模式充分提高了学生主动学习的意识和能力,取得了良好的教学效果.
Exploration and Practice of a Hierarchical Teaching Model Based on Flipped Classroom
Flipped classroom,as a new teaching model,has been widely adopted by many universities at home and abroad.However,due to the factors such as teacher resources,teaching hardware,and student differences,it is difficult to implement a complete reversal of roles in and out of class.Therefore,combining the characteristics of the Fundamentals of Electric Circuits course with the actual situation of Northwestern Polytechnical University,the specific practices on the hierarchical teaching model based on flipped classroom are elaborated to promote active learning among students in the teaching process of this course.The implementation results show that the teaching model has fully improved students'awareness and abilities of active learning,and achieved good teaching effects.
