Exploration of Cultivating Postgraduates'Innovative Ability Based on Postgraduate Electronic Design Contest
This paper analyzes the important significance of the postgraduate competition in cultivating the innovative ability of postgraduate students,reveals the problems existing in graduate students'participation awareness,competition ability and organization system during the implementation of the competition.The exploratory measures of Central South University to cultivate the innovative ability of graduate students relying on postgraduate electronic design competition is introduced from the perspectives of training program and professional practice assessment system reform,incentive mechanism optimization,management and training team construction,competition atmosphere construction,school selection,process management,ability training and communication platform construction.The practice results show that the exploration measures have effectively improved the competition results and promoted the cultivation of graduate students'innovative ability.
