企业需求视角下高职"电工学"课程教学改革

摘要
培养各行各业的技术型和技能型人才是职业教育的基本功能,培养能与企业需求无缝对接的高质量技能人才是新时代高职院校教学改革的重要目标.高职"电工学"课程是多个专业的专业基础课程,对其进行教学改革对专业人才培养具有重要意义.以企业岗位需求为导向,将企业对员工的要求融入课程体系,加强教师队伍建设,实施教学改革,有助于教学效果的提升以及对学生"硬技能"和"软技能"的培养.
Abstract
It is the basic function of vocational education to cultivate technical and skilled talents in all walks of life.It is an important goal of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges in the new era to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that can seamlessly meet the needs of enterprises.The Electrotechnics course in higher vocational colleges is the professional basic course of many majors,and its teaching reform is of great significance to the cultivation of professional talents.Guided by the enterprise's job needs,integrating the enterprise's requirements for employees into the curriculum system,strengthening the construction of the teaching team,and implementing teaching reform will help improve the teaching effect and cultivate students'"hard skills"and"soft skills".
