摘要
雷达信息领域的研究生人才培育意义重大.目前思想政治教育和创新创业教育在指导人才培养方面还略有不足,从实际需求出发,指明上述教育模式在雷达领域协同育人的内在机制,挖掘其协同发展规律,针对创新创业观研究长期滞后、综合性实践平台建设缺乏等短板,从培养爱国情怀、找准创业领域、改革教学内容等层面推陈出新,为"思政+双创"协同教育改革提供有效途径,构建融合教学体系;为国防事业中雷达信息领域的"思政+双创"有效整合模式提供线索.
Abstract
Postgraduate talent training in the field of radar information is of great significance.By discussing the issues of"Ideology and Politics,Innovation and Entrepreneurship"collaborative education,this paper first points out their internal logic and analyzes the problems in the collaborative process,such as the research concept lagging behind,the lack of a comprehensive practice platform.Then this paper puts forward solutions from cultivating patriotism,identifying entrepreneurship fields,and reforming teaching content,with a view to providing reference for collaborative education reform,so as to build an integrated teaching system.This paper can provide clues for the effective integration of"Ideology and Politics,Innovation and Entrepreneurship"mode in the radar field for national defense.
