摘要
电子元器件的工作特性参数是电路学习及实践应用中重要知识点,需要通过实验教学予以强化.在实验教学环节中围绕运算放大器若干关键参数,设计启发式探索实验,利用基于Spice模型的Tina软件仿真以及面包板电路调试,"虚实结合",引领学生逐步了解工程实现电路中运算放大器参数特性对电路性能的影响,初步掌握实际应用中如何对照需求,运用理论课程中所学知识进行器件选型.
Abstract
Understanding of electronic components characteristic parameters is important in both theory and experiment teaching.Operational amplifier is used in the experiment design to show how characteristic parameters impact the performance of circuit.Both Spice module-based simulation software and breadboard are applied.With the heuristic experiment design,students learn the knowledge of components selection in engineering practice.
