Development of an Innovative Experimental Platform for Motor Digital Control

摘要
针对现有电机实验平台系统封闭、成本高等问题,设计出模块化、复用性和灵活性强的多电机STM32数字控制实验平台.首先,构建多电机控制实验平台,建立不同电机控制策略;其次,开发主电路等硬件平台;再次,设计调速系统软件算法;最后,完成软硬件实验平台测试与分析.实验结果表明,所研制的多电机数字控制实验平台能实现创新性实验教学,提高学生设计及应用能力.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of closed system and high cost of the existing motor experimental platform,a multi-motor STM32 digital control experimental platform with strong modularity,reusability and flexibility is designed.Firstly,a multi-motor control experimental platform is built,and different motor control strategies are established.Secondly,the hardware platform such as the main circuit is developed,and then the software algorithm of the speed control system is designed.Finally,the test and analysis of the software and hardware experimental platform are completed.The experimental results show that the developed multi-motor digital control experimental platform can realize innovative experimental teaching and improve students'design and application ability.
