Optimization of the operational parameters of De-oiling compound hydrocyclone
The flow rate, electromechanical rotation rate and split ratio are the main operational parameters which can affect the separation characteristics of the compound hydrocyclone. Orthogonal experimental technique is adopted to optimize the operational parameters, and we have obtained the primary and secondary status of different operational parameters to influece the separation characteristics and determined the optimal work range and operational parameter. The test result indicates: To the compound hydrocyclone in experiment, effecting the stalling characteristic primary and secondary factors are the flow rate, the electric motor rotational speed, the split ratio. We obtain the best work parameters and sectors as follows: the flow rate is 5. 5 m3 · h-1 , the electric motor rotational speed is 1 734 r · min-1 , the split ratio is 5% and the flow rate in 5. 0 to 6. 0 m3 · h-1 , the electric motor rotational speed is 1 700 to 2 023 r · min-1 , the split ratio is 5% to 15%.
