Dynamic Price Range Division Method Based on Congested Line Flow Constraints
The clearance and settlement of regional electricity markets are entirely based on price ranges, and the division of price ranges is the fundamental mechanism of the market. The dynamic price range partitioning method was based on clustering parameters such as power transmission allocation factor and node price, which can accurately reflect line capacity limitations. However, there may still be severe congestion in the system under the method.Based on a spectral clustering price range division strategy, the congestion line power flow constraint was proposed, and the power distribution fitting coefficients of multiple price ranges were considered to express the impact of net power changes on the congestion line power flow. The results show that the constraint effectively alleviates congestion and provides an effective improvement to the existing range partitioning methods.
