Economical Operation Strategy of User Side Energy Storage under Energy-frequency Modulation Auxiliary Service
The investment return period for user side energy storage at present is generally as long as 6~7 years. To further enhance the economic operation benefits for user side energy storage,an economic operation strategy under the market rules of electric energy and frequency modulation auxiliary services was proposed.Firstly, the user side energy storage economic benefit model was established by comprehensively considering peak-valley price difference arbitrage and participating in frequency modulation;secondly, the production and operation needs of power users was analyzed and the user side energy storage operation constraints was established;based on this idea,a two-stage economic operation strategy for user side energy storage was proposed, and the optimal frequency regulation capacity declaration amount for user side energy storage was provided before the day. Then, within the day, based on the improved direct forward-looking method, the user side energy storage charging and discharging power was optimized on a rolling basis to improve the overall operational economy. Finally, the simulation results indicate that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the economy of user side energy storage operation.
