Rapid Generation of Contingency Plans for Power Failure Accidents on the Low-voltage Side of the Main Transformer Busbar
To reduce the loss of power failure accidents,a rapid generation method for power failure accident plans of the low-voltage side busbar of the main transformer was studied.On the basis of obtaining the topology structure,equipment technical parameters,and operational data of the distribution network,a variable substitution-based distribution network flow algorithm was used to obtain the active power of all nodes in the distribution network.The feeder line was taken as a whole,and a load transfer optimization model with the minimum outage loss as the optimization objective was constructed;use an improved non dominated genetic algorithm to solve the optimal solution of the model and determine the optimal path for load transfer;determine the operating sequence of the interconnection switch based on the importance of the load,and finally obtain the contingency plan for the low-voltage side busbar power failure accident of the main transformer.The test results show that the generated plan for the low-voltage side busbar power failure accident of the main transformer only removes some of the third type loads,with a short generation time and low power loss.
