Research on AGV Operation Efficiency and Logic Strategy for Intelligent Factories in Manufacturing Industries
With the development of industrialization and intelligence,many mechanical repetitive tasks can be replaced by robots.AGV,as an intelligent mobile transportation vehicle,is widely used in various intelligent factories.In order to improve the efficiency of AGV operations in manufacturing intelligent factories,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the scheduling strategy based on the scheduling strategy of AGV.The results before and after optimization were compared through experiments.The optimized AGV system's operational capability has increased by 8.73%,providing a scheduling optimization strategy and improving AGV operational efficiency for intelligent factories in the manufacturing industries.
