Comparative Research of Two New Stability Control Systems
In order to adapt to the rapid and substantial changes of power grid security and stability under the new power system environment,it is necessary to develop a new security and stability control system.There are two technical schemes for the new stability control system:intelligent decision-making self-upgrading stability control system and online stability control system.The two schemes from the aspects of construction idea,system architecture,key technologies,and implementation difficulty were studied.The differences and connections between them was expounded.The recommended scheme was provided.The sheme provides useful ideas for the technical development of the stability control system.
