Robust State Estimation Method for Power Systems Considering Bad Leverage Measurements
In order to solve the problem that bad leverage measurement will cause bad data identification failure in power system state estimation, which will lead to low accuracy of state estimation results, based on the generalized potential index and IGG Ⅲ function proposed by the Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics,CAS,a robust state estimation method of power system considering bad leverage measurement was proposed.Firstly, utilize the improved generalized latent energy index based on aggregation clustering to quickly and accurately identify leverage measurements;then, the IGG Ⅲ function was smoothed up and combined with least squares estimation to achieve robust state estimation;finally, the method proposed was validated to accurately identify leverage measurements in a practical wind farm system in North China. The results indicate that the proposed method has good robustness and computational accuracy, which is beneficial for practical engineering applications.
