变电站二次防误技术研究

针对二次设备状态转换过程中易发生误操作的问题,设计了一种智能变电站二次防误系统.采用直流系统、站用电低压系统、监控系统、二次控制回路、微机保护装置、测控装置和计量装置等构建防误系统;基于SVM和PCA算法的融合模型实现对变电站的一二次设备状态参数的实时监测;对变电站二次设备参数分析.试验结果表明,通过系统二次防误的精准度高达九成以上,为下一步研究奠定基础.
Research on Secondary Error Prevention Technology in Smart Substation
A smart substation secondary error prevention system was designed to address the issue of mis-operation during the state transition process of secondary equipment.Error prevention system using DC systems,station low-voltage system,monitoring system,secondary control circuit,microcomputer protection device,measurement and control device,and metering device were built;applying fusion model based on SVM and PCA algorithm,the real-time monitoring of the status parameters of primary and secondary equipment in substation was achieved;the parameters of secondary equipment in the substation were analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the accuracy of secondary error prevention through the system can reach over 90%,which lays the foundation for further research.
