Optimized Configuration Strategy for Intelligent Pole-mounted Circuit Breakers in Distribution Networks
Aiming at the optimization of the installation of pole-mounted circuit breakers in the distribution network,the coordinated action of pole-mounted circuit breakers and fuses was analyzed,and the model between customer outage time and pole-mounted circuit breaker position was established.Considering the optimization objective model that minimized the sum of investment cost,operating cost,and outage loss of pole-mounted circuit breakers,by improving the gravitational search algorithm,the optimization speed was raised and the algorithm's ability to jump out of local optima was enhanced.A case study was conducted on the IEEE-RBTS BUS6 system.The results show that the proposed strategy can optimize the installation number and location of pole-mounted circuit breakers and effectively improve the economy and reliability of distribution network operation.Applying the proposed method to the optimal allocation of the pole-mounted circuit breakers is reasonable and effective.
