Research on Optimization Configuration Method of Energy Storage System Considering Uncertainty of Renewable Energy
In order to reduce power loss in the distribution network and improve the reliability and flexibility of the system,a multi-objective optimization configuration method for energy storage systems considering the uncertainty of renewable energy was proposed.Firstly,the uncertainty of renewable energy such as photovoltaic and wind power was analyzed through probability density function,and based on the uncertainty of renewable energy,the optimal configuration model of energy storage system was constructed;secondly,an improved seagull optimization algorithm was proposed to solve the optimization configuration model.By introducing a Logistic mapping model,nonlinear moving coefficients,and local convergence mining operators,the problem of premature convergence and local optimization in traditional algorithms was overcome;finally,a case study was conducted in an IEEE 14 node system.The case analysis results validate the feasibility of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,thereby effectively improving the reliability and flexibility of the distribution network operation.
