为了应对新能源的随机性和波动性给电力系统的安全调度带来的挑战,利用云边协同技术实现高效调度极具必要性.分析了含高比例新能源电力系统的云边协同技术应用场景,结合新能源的发电特性和不确定性分析,提出了一种考虑云边协同技术的含高比例新能源电力系统优化调度方法.经过仿真验证表明:所提出的调度方法能够有效地应对新能源发电不确定性问题,并且能够实现边缘节点的新能源出力、储能设备充放电以及可削减负荷响应的协同优化,有效降低优化问题的求解压力,有助于在实践中解决新能源优化调度问题.
Optimal Scheduling for Power Systems with High Proportion New Energy Considering Cloud Side Collaboration
In order to cope with the challenges brought by the randomness and volatility of new energy to the safe scheduling of power systems,it is highly necessary to use cloud edge collaboration technology to achieve efficient scheduling.The application scenarios of cloud edge collaboration technology in high proportion new energy power systems were analyzed,combined with the generation characteristics and uncertainty analysis of new energy generation,an optimization scheduling method was proposed for high proportion new energy power systems considering cloud edge collaboration technology.Through simulation verification,it is shown that the proposed scheduling method can effectively address the uncertainty problem of new energy generation,and can achieve collaborative optimization of new energy output at edge nodes,charging and discharging of energy storage equipment,and load reduction response,effectively reducing the solving pressure of optimized problems and helping to solve new energy optimization scheduling problems in practice.
