Security and Reliability Analysis of Substation Operation Considering Network Load Redistribution Attacks
In order to further reduce the impact of network load redistribution(NLR)attacks on substation line outages,a substation reliability evaluation process considering NLR attacks was designed. The NLR load attack scheme was analyzed, and the real-time outage model under the line power flow dependent attitude was set up.The system security state was determined according to the optimal load reduction process, and the IEEE 14 node was taken as an example for example analysis and reliability evaluation. The results indicate that the load distribution of different nodes will be formed after being attacked by NLR.As the number of attack resources increases,NLR attacks will cause load reduction.Under different NLR attack scenarios, considering line outage will enhance the reliability of load reduction results. The proposed method improves the safety and reliability indicators of substation operation and contributes to the informatization construction of the power system.
