In order to study the application of natural language processing technology in contract management in the field of artificial intelligence,combined with the Shanghai Electric Contract Semantic Recognition Project,the contract semantic recognition system was used as a tool to extract core data from contract texts,compare contract texts with contract templates,and provide early warning of deviation risks and contract risk review.The application of the technology helps to achieve automation and intelligence in contract management,improve the efficiency of contract document processing,reduce the risk coefficient of contract management,and provide effective risk reminders.
