Double Layer Optimization of IES Energy Storage Capacity Considering Hydrogen Production by Wind Power
Wind power generation has randomness.In order to promote wind power consumption and improve the economy and environmental friendliness of wind power hydrogen storage systems,a comprehensive energy system considering wind power hydrogen production was designed.By improving the particle swarm optimization algorithm in the upper layer and using mixed integer linear programming in the lower layer,a two-layer optimization model for hydrogen storage capacity configuration was established;based on two types of objectives,the optimal hydrogen storage capacity was calculated separately.The simulation results show that the proposed method has the effect of reducing costs and carbon emissions,providing new ideas for the development and application of hydrogen energy.
