针对风电场调频过程中频率二次跌落问题,提出一种避免频率二次跌落的风电场一次调频时序协调控制策略.首先,定量分析不同风速下风机频率响应时间、转速恢复时间与调频功率的关系,并在此基础上构建风电场一次调频时序协调控制模型,提出避免频率二次跌落的风电场一次调频控制策略.仿真结果表明,所提风电场一次调频时序协调策略既充分利用了各风机的调频能力,又有效避免了系统频率二次跌落,有利于系统安全稳定运行.
Coordinated Control Strategy of Wind Farm Primary Frequency Regulation to Avoid Secondary Frequency Drop
A coordinated control strategy for wind farm primary frequency regulation timing was proposed to address the issue of secondary frequency drop during wind farm frequency regulation.Firstly,a quantitative analysis was conducted on the relationship between wind turbine frequency response time,speed recovery time,and frequency regulation power under different wind speeds.Based on it,a wind farm primary frequency regulation timing coordination control model was constructed,and a wind farm primary frequency regulation control strategy was put forward to avoid secondary frequency drop.The simulation results show that the proposed wind farm primary frequency regulation timing coordination strategy not only fully utilizes the frequency regulation ability of each wind turbine,but also effectively avoids the secondary frequency drop of the whole system,which is conducive to the safe and stable operation of the system.
