摘要

为有效识别电网规划方案中的关键变电站,准确评估其延期投产导致的投资增长,构建了变电站重要程度评估指标集和综合评分方法,并提出多级电网演化模拟模型,模拟不同重要程度变电站延期投产对电网建设的影响.案例分析表明,提出的变电站重要程度评分与变电站延期造成的电网增量投资成本显著线性相关.在电网规划建设中,对于重要程度评分较高变电站,应更加重视其建设进度,以避免经济损失.

Abstract

To effectively identify key substations in the power grid planning scheme and accurately evaluate the investment growth caused by their delayed operation,a set of evaluation indicators and a comprehensive scoring method for the importance of substations were constructed.A multi-level power grid evolution simulation model was proposed to simulate the impact of delayed operation of substations with different levels of importance on power grid construction.The case study shows that the proposed substation importance score is significantly linearly correlated with the incremental investment cost of the power grid caused by delayed substation operation.In the planning and construction of the power grid,for substations with high importance ratings,more attention should be paid to their construction progress to avoid economic losses.
