三维DSA在复杂外周动脉疾病诊疗中的应用

目的:探讨三维DSA技术在复杂外周动脉疾病诊断和治疗中的应用.方法:选取常规血管造影难以明确诊断的复杂外周动脉疾病患者125例,对其病变血管分别行二维DSA和三维DSA,将两种技术得到的图像进行对比分析.结果:三维DSA能更清楚的显示下肢假性动脉瘤的大小、位置、瘤颈及其与载瘤动脉的关系;对于肢体闭塞性疾病能够帮助判断血管成形术中导管导丝与血管真腔的关系;能清楚显示血管的连续性及管腔内的形态;能诊断出常规体位难以发现的颈动脉斑块,有助于对其性质做出判定.结论:三维DSA技术对于复杂外周血管疾病的诊断和治疗有着不可替代的作用.
Application of three dimensional DSA in diagnosis and treatment of peripheral arterial diseases
AIM: To explore the value of three dimensional DSA in the diagnosis and treatment of the peripheral arterial diseases. METHODS: One hundred and twenty-five patients with complex peripheral arterial diseases were examined respectively with two dimensional DSA and three dimensional DSA. The images of each patient were compared. RESULTS: Three dimensional DSA images demonstrated the position, size and cervical of pseudoaneu-rysm more clearly than two dimensional DSA images. Three dimensional DSA images demonstrated the relations of catheter and true lumen, the consistency and inner structure of vascular, and arteriosclerosis plaques and properties, while two dimensional DSA failed to demonstrate these features. CONCLUSION: The three dimensional DSA plays a very important role in the diagnosis of peripheral arterial diseases.
