军队离退休人员主观幸福感状况及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的:探讨军队离退休人员丰观幸福感(SWB)状况以及相关因素.方法:采用整群抽样的方法,分别采用纽芬兰纪念大学SWB指数量表和课题组编制的军队离退休人员SWB相关因素调查表,对202名军队离退休人员进行调查.结果:军队离退休人员SWB指数总体状况良好,其影响因素包括婚姻状况、家庭氛围、文化程度、健康状况等.结论:军队离退休人员SWB状况良好,通过提高自身健康水平,培养和谐家庭氛围以及维持稳定的婚姻可进一步促进军队离退休人员SWB.
Abstract
AIM: To investigate the state and related factors of the subjective well-being ( SWB ) in retired PLA officers. METHODS: Cluster sampling methods were used and surveys about SWB were conducted in 202 retired PLA officers. RESULTS: The overall state of retired PLA officers' subjective well-being index was good and the related factors included were marital status, family life, education and health status. CONCLUSION: Though the overall state of retired PLA officers' SWB is good, their subjective well-being can be improved by improved health, harmonious family life and stability of marriage.
